The Sanitary Process Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing the engineering and technical disciplines involved in sanitary process projects. This role involves design, calculations, equipment specification, forecasting, and resource management to ensure that all technical aspects of the project meet accuracy, quality, and regulatory standards from conception to completion. Sanitary Process Project Engineers are expected to work closely with Project Management and Sales roles to effectively execute project scope. While the engineer may not personally execute every phase of a project, they serve as the final accountability point for monitoring, tracking, and ensuring that each stage is effectively implemented. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of sanitary food process, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to ownership and quality in all work performed.

The Sanitary Process Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and successful completion of sanitary process projects. This role focuses on strategic planning, resource allocation, cross-department coordination, and workflow optimization to ensure seamless project execution. While not directly executing every task, the project manager is accountable for ensuring that all technical, operational, and compliance-related activities progress according to plan. Sanitary Process Project Managers are expected to work closely across all departments of our organization to execute and oversee effective project completion. Strong organizational skills, leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for maintaining project timelines, ensuring quality, and driving results. Taking ownership and pride in all work performed is a key component of this role.
